
Ingredients:
- 1 can (16-oz) sliced peaches, drained
- 1 can (16-oz) pear halves, drained, chopped
- 1 can (16-oz) purple plums, drained, pitted
- 1 can (20-oz) pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 jar (6-oz) maraschino cherries, drained
- 2 Bananas, sliced
- 3/4 cup Brown sugar
- cup Butter or margarine
- 1 can (16-oz) applesauce
- 3 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Chopped pecans
Instructions:
- Combine first six ingredients in 13x9x2-inch casserole. Set aside. Combine sugar, butter & applesauce in saucepan & heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Spoon over fruit. Sprinkle with brown sugar & pecans. Bake at 300 for 1 hour. Serve hot. (May be prepared ahead & frozen. To serve, thaw overnight in refrigerator.)
