Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies


1 cup spelt flour or unbleached white flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 to 1/3 cup chocolate chips, as preferred
2 to 3 tablespoons brown sugar, as preferred
3 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
5 tablespoons crunchy natural peanut butter
7 tablespoons whole milk
a few drops of vanilla
